구약의 가인과 아벨의 제사 차이: 하나님을 존경하는 믿음이 있는냐 없느냐의 차이
가인은 보통(곡소산물)로 드렸고 아벨은 특별한 것(첫새끼와 지방)을 드렸다.
첫새끼와 지방(fat)은 하나님을 respect/honor하는 제물입니다.
가인의 보통(fruit of the ground)제물보다 더 excellent한(히브리서 11장) 제물입니다.

“3. And in process of time it came to pass,
that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto Jehovah.
4. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof.
(firstlings of his flock: held a place of honor and responsibility.
the fat: fat was considered a symbol of prosperity and blessing.
The fat portions of sacrificial animals were reserved for God, as they were seen as the best parts.
This practice underscored the principle of offering the finest to God,
reflecting His worthiness and the worshiper’s devotion.) And Jehovah had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
5 but unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect.”
