I have been crucified with Christ
and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.
The life I now live in the body
I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me
and gave himself for me.

Intro: God’s Master Plan: History (His-story): where are we?
1. GOD created heavens and earth.(Gen 1:1-2)
2. GOD blessed the living soul (human persons: Adam and Eve). (Gen 1:26-30)
creates old men and women.

5. GOD created new heaven and earth. (Revelation 21:1-4)
Body: (present world/age vs. coming world/age): Jesus crucified and died 2000 year ago.
1) how to become a Christian:
Now: “I have been crucified with Christ.” How?
Verse “by faith”: when I believed it, I am getting saved.
2) how to live a Christian life:
“I no longer live (my life)” means “I do not decide by myself, but with Christ”
“But Christ lives in me” means “Christ in the Holy Spirit, who is in us, is with me.”
“The life I now live in the body”: this refers life on earth- our present life.
“I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me”;
by faith=believing Jesus Christ as the Lord of my life.
“And gave himself for me”: Jesus who is the owner of my life by died for me.
Conclusion:
1) we become a Christian by faith that “I have been crucified with Christ.
2) We live a Christian life according to the will of the Father GOD
who is in Christ, who is in the Holy Spirit, who is in us Now.
we now “live” our Christian lives as Jesus’s disciples.
